At Revora, “refurbished” does not mean “random”. When you open the box, the device should match what you saw on the product page - model, specs, and condition.

Our quality guarantee is built on strict testing, clear grading, and transparent descriptions.

Professional multi-point testing

Every device is tested before it’s approved for sale:

• Hardware and software diagnostics

• Display, touch, cameras, speakers, microphones, and ports

• Buttons and biometric sensors (Face ID, Touch ID where applicable)

• Battery health and charging performance

• Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and network connectivity

• Secure data wipe and reset to factory settings

Devices that do not pass these checks are not sold under the Revora brand.

Clear and honest cosmetic grading

Cosmetic condition is always shown upfront. We use a simple grading system:

• Excellent – Like-new look with minimal, barely visible signs of use.

• Very Good – Light signs of use that are hard to notice at a glance.

• Fair – Visible, purely cosmetic wear such as scratches or scuffs.

Functionality is the same across all grades: every device is tested to work properly.
The only difference is how it looks, not how it works.

No surprises policy

Our goal is simple: no surprises when you open the box.

You can expect:

• The exact model, storage, color, and condition grade listed on the product page

• Cosmetic wear that matches the grade description, not worse

• A device that is fully functional and ready to use out of the box

If the device you receive does not match its description or grade, our support team will review the case and help resolve it in line with our Return Policy and Warranty (described on their own pages).
