Revora Warranty
Every device purchased from Revora includes a 1-year limited warranty starting from the day you receive your device.
If a covered issue appears within 12 months of delivery, we’ll work with you to repair or replace the device, or offer another solution in line with this policy.
This warranty is separate from our 30-day return policy, which covers simple returns shortly after you receive your device.
What the warranty covers
During the 1-year warranty period, we cover:
-
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
-
Functional issues that are not caused by physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs
If your device develops a covered issue within 1 year, we may, at our discretion:
-
Repair the device,
-
Replace it with a device of equal or similar specifications, or
-
Offer another appropriate solution.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover, for example:
-
Accidental damage (drops, cracks, liquid damage, impact)
-
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper storage
-
Damage from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or third-party parts
-
Normal wear and tear (scratches, cosmetic marks, minor scuffs)
-
Expected battery aging over time
-
Loss or theft of the device
Cosmetic condition is defined by the grade you selected at purchase (Excellent, Very Good, Fair) and is not treated as a defect if it matches that grade.
Who is covered
-
The warranty applies to the original purchaser of the device from Revora.
-
It is not transferable if the device is sold or given to another person.
Relationship to the return policy
-
First 30 days: covered by our Return Policy (change of mind, not satisfied, etc., as long as the device is in the required condition).
-
Day 31 to 12 months: covered by this 1-year limited warranty for eligible defects and functional issues.
If you’re not sure whether your situation falls under the return policy or the warranty, contact us and we’ll review it.
How to start a warranty claim
To start a claim:
-
Find your order number and the email used at checkout.
-
Prepare a short description of the problem.
-
Take clear photos or a short video showing the issue (if possible).
-
Contact our support team support@revora.com with all of the above.
Our team will review your case and, if the issue is covered:
-
Confirm whether the device should be returned, and
-
Provide return instructions and, where applicable, a shipping label.
Our goal
The goal of the Revora warranty is straightforward:
For one full year after you receive your device, if something goes wrong that shouldn’t under normal use, we help fix it.
